We want you to love your Kotn essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for sustainability reasons, all returns are subject to a small processing fee that is waived if you opt for a store credit or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select between a refund to your original payment method, an even exchange for a different size, or a store credit bonus.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original mailer, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Process and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
